Do you provide 24x7 Technical Support?

Yes. We provide Truth 24x7 Support to all our customers. MangoXchange run our own in-house Support which work round the clock even during public holiday to monitoring the network and server status.

1) Our standard average respond time is within 12 hours timeframe for Support Issue. At most time all support will be attend within 1 hour base on case to case.

2) Reboot / Server Down / Network Down - We have an emergency SMS helpdesk for any urgent request. Non-emergency request will be ignored. So please use the correct contact department for your issue to avoid any delay lead to the wrong department submission.

3) Please Note - For Billing/Sales is operated during office hours. Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. For Billing and Sale issue, we average respond timeframe is within 3 Business days exlcude Weekend and Public Holiday.
