If you noticed that on your slave server the virtnetwork bridge isn't running and hence the vps seems failed to start.
Enter the active network interface name (enp3s0) in the slave settings for this slave node from your master panel and then from slave server background restart the virtnetwork service using below command once its successful try to start a vps and check.
# service virtnetwork restart
