News: IP Re-Number on these 4 location UK, SG, AUS and TOR

Due to our Upstream IP Provider making some change on a numbers of IP range we have, we will be making re-numbers of the IP range on some of our networks.

Location Affected: Singapore, London-UK, SYD Australia and Toronto Canada
Service Related Affected: Shared Hosting, VPS Node and Dedicated Servers
WHO Will Be Affected: Users/Customers using 3rd Party DNS eg. Cloudflare or Any Other 3rd Party DNS.

For Shared Hosting Customer: What Need to be done on Users/Customers side: If you using Our DNS Server, You Do Not Need to do anything as treat this notice as a Friendly Notice. But if you using any of the 3rd Party DNS, then you need to update to the New IP provided on the ticket notice, to Avoid after the move cause any Down issue to your Website.

Window Time Period: 18th of Feb 2025 - 25th of Feb 2025 GMT+8 time zone
Action Require: We will update you a ticket, if you are one who will be affected
Down Time: If you using our DNS, you will not be affected, affected only users using 3rd party dns.
