This is a friendly reminder regarding the scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) activity for our UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems at Tukwila DC, beginning tomorrow.

This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of our power infrastructure.

Maintenance Details:
Scope : Battery checks on all UPS systems in Tukwila DC
Impact : No expected impact - Customer operations should not be affected during this maintenance period.
Dates : Tuesday, May 19 to Wednesday, May 20, 2026
Maintenance Window : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Duration : 2 days

- IGW1-UPS-1A-160KVA
- IGW1-UPS-1B-160KVA
- IGW1-UPS-2A-275KVA
- IGW1-UPS-2B-275KVA
- IGW1-UPS-3A-275KVA
- IGW1-UPS-3B-275KVA
- IGW3-UPS-A-550KVA
- IGW3-UPS-B-550KVA

Additional Notes:
- Only one UPS unit will be serviced at a time to ensure full power redundancy is maintained.
- All UPS units will remain online during the battery tests.
- Battery Testing/Inspection only
- We will provide updates at the start and completion of the maintenance.
