News: Important Notice for Customer using 3rd Party DNS or Private NS or A Record Pointing

We notice alot of customers did not use the Name Server record, we provide to you when your account activated with us. In order for us to provide you with better service, we recommend you using our 100% Uptime Cloud Base Anonymous Name Server, instead of you using a 3rd party Name server or Private Name Server.

As MangoXchange does not hold any responsibility, if your website/email/data are unreachable because due customer using 3rd party Name server or Private Name Server.

Our 100% Uptime Cloud Base Anonymous Name Server, is the one listed on your welcome email when you account was activated by us. If you have lost your welcome, please submit a ticket to our Support Department with your Domain and we will provide you the Name Server record for you to update at your domain registrar.
