News: Reseller Account Customer Notice

Dear Customers,


In order to have the server is the condition. If you wish to remove an account from your reseller account, please submit a ticket at the client portal and our duty staff will remove it for you.


As for the past record, we notice alot of reseller customers, did not wait for the system to remove the account fully and have the cache leave inside on the server which lead to recreation of the deleted domain having error when recreation it.


So in order for everyone to have a good hosting server, we hope all reseller customer under our act on this matter.
