News: CNY Holiday Notice

Dear Customers,

Please be informed during the CNY Holiday period between 31/01/2011-08/02/2011, all Support Ticket will be respond within 24hrs and Sales Enquiry will be respond within 48hrs.

Billing and Management Office in Singapore, China and Hong Kong will be close during the CNY period. Normal operation will be resume back after 08/02/2011. In-house Support, duty staff and NOC staff will remain available during the period so all customer do not worry, you will be still being taken care with.
