Beginning with version 11.28, cPanel & WHM supports CloudLinux.

Before installing CloudLinux, you will need to know what kind of processor your server uses. CloudLinux is offered on both x86_64 and i386 architectures.

 

How do I convert CentOS 6.x to CloudLinux?

You can convert CentOS 6.x to CloudLinux by issuing a few commands:

 

  1. wget http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cpanel2cl
  2. sh cpanel2cl -k
  3. reboot

 

How do I install CloudLinux with an ISO?

To begin, select the chip architecture your server will use.

  1. Download and install the ISO.
  2. Run the yum update command.
  3. Run the /usr/sbin/clnreg_ks script.

note Note: You must register your IP address and run the /usr/sbin/clnreg_ks script before installing cPanel & WHM.
